  I had just bought a second handed bike and the chain was slipping, gears were not working properly, etc. One of the bike mechanics listened to my concerns and didn't give me fixing cost straight away; instead, he ask me to leave the bike there for a day to make a proper assessment about the issues, which gave me a good impression about how they do business. After I had the bike all fixed up, the chain was still sleeping, and then I came back there and the owner, Frank, took care of the problem straight way changing the faulty chain for a brand new one. It is a traditional bike shop that has been around since 1979, Frank is an spectacular guy and will not let you down!
